Birk Advokatfirma

The Birk Law Firm specializes in property, company law, financial litigation cases, and procedures. Assisting businesses, individuals, municipalities, and other government agencies. Birk Advokatfirma is a different law firm. With a down-to-earth visual expression, individuals and companies are approached with a personal and friendly tone that differs from the rigid "top-down" attitude of many other lawyers.

Task: To create a full brand for the newly established law firm and deliver a full-size visual identity, including naming, brand strategy, logo, color palette, typography, and complementary graphics.

Result: After iterating, we settled on the name "Birk" (Advokater), derived from the name of partner lawyer 'Henrik Birkeland'. "Birk" is also a synonym for help, rescue, and protection. The identity features calm and consistent colors throughout, from business cards to office walls. Additionally, we designed and developed a website to stand out from competitors in the Bergen area—less corporate, more human.
